transferring it to another user.
• If any type of damage is found, DO NOT USE THIS
PRODUCT.
• Failure to heed these warnings may lead to severe
injury.
This Product is suitable for re-use*:
• Have an authorized Sunrise Medical dealer inspect
the strap assembly, foam and cover for damage or
wear.
• If any damage is found, do not re-use.
• Clean and disinfect the strap assembly, foam
and cover in accordance with local government
regulations.
• Refer to your local Infection Control Office for advice.
• After cleaning and disinfection, have an authorized
Sunrise Medical dealer inspect the strap assembly,
foam and cover to insure that the cleaning/
disinfection process did not cause any damage.
