(1) Follow any procedures in step 4 “Brewing Coffee” to make one cup of coffee.
(2) Fill a small stainless steel or ceramic pitcher with proper cold milk. Skim the aerosol
on the milk will be the easiest to froth.
(3) Follow step 6, wait until the ready green light becomes solid green. Hold the pitcher
under the frothing tube so that the tip of the frothing tube is slightly immersed in
the milk, and turn the knob③ to steam position
.
(4) Gently move the pitcher in a circular motion around the steam nozzle for about 50 seconds
(for 120ml of milk) or longer if warmer milk is desired till satisfied foam.
(5) Turn the Control Knob③ to “0” position. Add the steamed milk to the coffee and
spoon on the frothed milk. It is 1/3 coffee, 1/3 steamed milk and 1/3 frothed milk.
(6) After making cappuccino, follow step 5 procedures to let some hot water out and
properly clean your frothing tube and wash its cap after each use to ensure it
continues to work properly.
