• Do not leave unattended while in use.
• Do not use the blender on empty.
• Don’t allow children play with the appliance. Keep the appliance out of
the reach of children.
• Do not remove the jug with the food until the blade is totally stopped
and the appliance has been switched off.
• Make sure neither the appliance nor the cable are in direct contact with
hot surfaces or objects.
• Always place it on a flat surface.
• Do not leave the blender plugged in if it is not going to be used.
• Take all necessary precautions while handling the blade, as it is very
sharp.
• If the cable were to deteriorate it must be changed by an Authorised
Service Centre.
INSTRUCTION OF USE
• Place the jug (3) on the main body (4).
• To do it, place the jug up the main body making coincide the indication ( ) of the jug with the
indication of the body ( ) . Next turn the jug to the ( ) position until the end to fix it correctly.
• Pour the food in the jug and place the lid on it. Make sure the blender is perfectly closed and
maintain always held while in use.
• Plug the appliance into the mains.
• Turn the speed selector (5) clockwise to the desired position (1 or 2). The blender will begin to
work maintaining the selected speed.
• It is advisable to begin at the lowest speed of the blender (position 1) to later raise the highest
speed (position 2) if necessary. However, and depending on the texture of the food, you may use
the highest speed from the beginning.
• The
“Pulse”
button gives you the option to use the blender intermittently, it will only work while
you keep this button pressed, and it will stop when you release it.
• That position is ideal for ice-crushing. Press and release the button repeatedly in short periods of
about 2 seconds to get crushed ice. For it, we suggest to use little ice cubes, or you can bitted
them before put them on the blender, to avoid the “igloo” effect. This means that the crushed
ice get adhered to the blender walls, and it impede that the other ice cubes arrive to the base to
be crushed.
• You may add ingredients to the jug while in use without open the lid. To do so, remove the stopper
(1). Turn it slowly anti-clockwise and take it out. Add the ingredients into the jug and place again
the stopper making coincide the two flanges into the guides of the lid and turn it slightly clockwise.
• Once you have finished, set the speed selector to its “0” position and wait for the blade to stop
turning completely before removing the jug.
• Take out the jug by turning until making coincide the indication ( ) with the indication ( )
of the body.
