TRANSPORT DAMAGE
Transport damage should be noted on the consignment note before signature in order to be valid. You
should then contact Customer Services at Järven Health Care (+46 660 22 28 50, [email protected])
and provide the relevant information.
NOTE: To process your case faster, please photograph the transport damage as completely as possible
before contacting Customer Services.
8. PRODUCT SPECIFIC INFORMATION
Below you will find the relevant information relating to the different mattress models covered by this user guide.
With regard to fire protection, the fire/flame resistant tests which have been carried out and with which the
mattress complies according to the accredited test institutes’ tests have been specified. The warranty (foam) applies
to the exhaustion of the mattress core’s B value (minimum 6 mm) according to SS 876 00 11.
