Before using the battery charger, read all instructions and cautionary markings on the battery charger, battery,

and on any product that uses the battery.

When charging battery packs that are new or have been on a shelf for an extended period of time, the charger’s

status indicator may prematurely show “ready”.

The BC-XP-1 battery charger

should be used with Janam batteries (BA-XP-1 or BA-XP-2) only.
