Overvoltage Protection
1. The overvoltage protection is placed under the driver‘s seat.
2. The engine is equipped with an active protection (2). In case
of a voltage overload the engine is switched off. In this case
switch off the vehicle, wait for about 30 seconds and the fuse
should switch the electricity supply on.
3. The battery is equipped with a fuse (1). In the event of a short
circuit, it blows. Before you replace it check the wiring on
short ciruits or damage.
Note: The fuse must not be bridged.
Fire hazard: Only use a 250 V 20 A fuse.
Troubleshooting
Problem Cause
Not running
• battery is not connected
• forward or backward button is not selected
• vehicle is overloaded
• Electrical malfunction
Vehicle is moving very slowly
• The battery is weak. Charge the battery at least 8 to 12 hours before use
• vehicle is overloaded
Battery will not charge
• The battery is worn out or defective
• The battery is not connected properly
• The charger is faulty
