Electrical Connection

4.5.2 

Assembling DC Cable to Connector 

 

All DC cables are equiped with water-proof direct plug-in connectors, which mate with

DC conectors at input zones. 

DC positive assembling procedure:

Step 1:

Unscrew the water-proof terminal in the following direction. 

Step 2:

Insert appropriately sized DC cable through water-proof terminal. 

Step  3: 

Strip  off  insulation  layer  of  DC  cable.  The  length  of  strip  insulation

approximate 8mm.

Step 4:

Crimp cable core with hand crimping plier.

Step 5:

Plug cable gland into connector housing until there is

Step 6:

Tighten the water-proof terminal in opposite direction. 

DC negative assembling procedure:

Step 1:

Unscrew the water-proof terminal in the following direction.
