During their assembly, the upper and lower cutters must be aligned as instructed
below:
Set the adjusting lever to the minimum cutting height.
The distance between the front edge of the lower cutter and the front edge of
the upper cutter must be between 0.8 mm and 1.5 mm.
The upper and lower cutters must be set parallel.
The end tooth on the upper cutter (on the left-hand end) must cover the end
tooth on the lower cutter.
The other end tooth on the upper cutter (on the right-hand end) must also touch
the corresponding end tooth on the lower cutter (on the right-hand end).
Tighten the two screws (Fig. 4).

Servicing
4.1.
Routine servicing
After 30 minutes of use, it is advisable to lubricate the blades. Use the lubricating
oil supplied with the clippers (Fig. 1-M).
Lubricate the blades at least once a day (Fig. 5).
After using the clippers each time, clean the blades with the brush supplied
(Fig. 1-N).
If necessary, clean the body of the clippers with a cloth slightly moistened with
water or mild liquid soap. Never use abrasive products or solvents.
Clean the blades with an antibacterial spray. We recommend the STERIL
CLEANER 920- cleaning, lubricating and disinfecting product.
4.2.
Cleaning the blades
In the case of intensive use, clean the blades at least once a day.
Remove the blades as described in § 3.5.
Clean the inside of the blades with the brush supplied (Fig. 1-N).
Lubricate the cutters (Fig. 5) and put the blades back on the clippers as described
in § 3.5.
