TRACTION PUMP FLOW TEST

1. Set up flow meter for a “T” test to minimize flow

meter test connections while testing the traction
circuit. (Figure 8G-5).

2. Disconnect seat switch and remove seat & seat

mounting plate.

3. On the right side of the traction pump, disconnect

the upper and lower traction lines.

4. Disconnect and remove the traction lines from the

hydraulic lines behind the front axle.

5. Connect the flow meter hoses to the traction pump

ports and traction lines as shown in (Figure 8G-5).

6. To perform traction pump flow test, install blocking

disc on test meter hoses connected to the “T” fit-
tings on lines going to the front wheel motors
behind the front axle (Figure 8G-5).
