CORREA_________________________________________________________________

Revisar y ajustar la correa al cabo de las primeras diez
horas de operación. Después ajustar cada 100 horas.

Ajustar la polea del alternador para que la correa tenga una
holgura de 6 - 8 mm, con 10 kg apretar en el centro entre las
poleas. Consultar el manual del motor.

Si la tensión es incorrecta, aflojar los pernos de la montura
del alternador

y ajustar éste hasta obtener la tensión

correcta de la correa.

4.8 INTERRUPTOR DE LIMITE DE MOLINETE DELANTERO__________________________

Los brazos delanteros y derechos de elevación están
equipados con interruptores de láminas que indican al
controlador desconectar los molinetes. Los interruptores
están montados en el bastidor del cortacésped
directamente detrás de los brazos de elevación. Si los
molinetes continúan en marcha al levantarlos, o no lo hacen
al bajarlos, revisar el interruptor. Ajustar o cambiar el
interruptor según necesidad.

Para ajustar el interruptor:

1.

Estacionar el cortacésped sobre superficie plana y nive-
lada.

2.

Quitar el molinete del brazo de elevación.

3.

Poner la llave de contacto en la posición RUN
(FUNCIONAMIENTO) para activar el controlador. No
operar los molinetes ni arrancar el motor.

4.

Ajustar el interruptor lo necesario para obtener la
separación de aire entre el interruptor y el brazo de 3 a
5 mm.

5.

Levantar el brazo manualmente hasta que esté a un
ángulo de 17°.

6.

Con el brazo de elevación a 17°, ajustar el interruptor

(I)

arriba o abajo, hasta que cierren los contactos del

interruptor. Fijar el interruptor en esta posición.

7.

Repetir el procedimiento para el brazo de elevación en
el lado opuesto.

8.

Arrancar el motor y revisar que los molinetes
funcionen al levantarlos.
