Attach the legs to the top rim using four screws

(See Fig. 2B). Tighten all bolts securely.
TIGHTEN BOLTS COMPLETELY AND VERIFY
THAT ALL PARTS ARE SECURELY FASTENED
BEFORE USE.
CAUTION!
Injury may result if the bolts are not securely
fastened. Tighten the bolts frequently.
