Replacing the receivers

If you are unable to achieve an appropriate fit of the receiver to your ear, you may need another length of
receiver wire. Contact Jabra Enhance for further information and ordering. See the back page for contact
information.

The support team will be available to walk you through the measurement procedure, which is also described
here:

Determine the length of the receiver wire before ordering

1. Use the ear measuring tool supplied with your

hearing aids to measure the vertical distance from
the top of the ear where it meets the head to the
top of the ear canal.

2. Locate the corresponding size number (0, 1, 2, 3

or 4) on the tool and state it when you order.
