Always turn off your hearing aids when you
are not using them, or place them in the
charger for charging.

Your batteries will run out faster when you
use wireless functions like streaming from
your mobile device or from your TV with
our TV streamer.

Is the hearing aid 3-4 years old?

Your hearing aids may be reaching the end
of their life expectancy. Contact Jabra
Enhance to troubleshoot or purchase a
new set.

Hearing aid is not
charging

Is the hearing aid correctly inserted in the
charger?

Put the hearing aid back in the charger.
