Take notes about your hearing
Make a note of everything you can hear, good and bad. For example,
voices may be clearer or the buzz of the refrigerator may be distracting.
This will help your hearing specialist adjust the sound during your
orientation.
Adjust the volume
To manually adjust the volume, press the buttons on your hearing aids.
The button on the left lowers the volume and the button on the right
raises the volume.
Test your hearing aids
Rub your finger on the back of your hearing aids. You should hear the
rustling sound of your finger against the microphone.
