Appendix A – Worksheets
The worksheet provided covers all inspection tasks required for 50 hour, 100 hour and Annual
inspections. Tasks listed
‘Annual’ need only be done annually. ‘100 hourly’ tasks are to be
completed at both annual and 10
0 hour inspection intervals, while ‘50 hourly’ tasks are to be
completed at all three inspection intervals; Annual, 100 hours and 50 hours.
‘P’ indicates pass, ‘F’
indicates fail, the ‘Comments’ column should be used to note condition, parts replaced, etc.

Spinner
– Remove and visually inspect for cracking, fraying, corrosion and other damage
Spinner Flange - Visually inspect for cracking, fraying, corrosion and other damage
Spinner screws - Check for loose, missing, corroded or damaged fasteners and hardware
Propeller - Visually check the condition of the propeller, looking for damage to the leading edge
protection, glass de-lamination and cracks, splits or crushing of the propeller timber
Propeller bolts/nuts
– Check Correct Tension, re-tension if required (see section 9)
