Secure Sleeve Position 

With  the  Sleeve  in  place,  re-tighten 
the  Set  Screw  so  that  the  Sleeve  is 
locked in place. 
 
If you need to adjust the position of 
the Sleeve later, you must first loosen 
the Set Screw again so that the Sleeve 
can rotate freely within the the Base.
