5 INSTALLATION & ASSEMBLY

•  Place the equipment near a plug suitable to its amperage on a surface flat and 

levelled and strong enough to support its weight.

•  Left free space around, at least 30 cm.

5.1 Connection to the mains

•  Plug the equipment to a near socket suitable for the equipment power. Use the

connection cable supplied or a similar one.

•  For your safety, the equipment must be earthed.

•  Before plugging the machine, check that the voltage supply and the frequency

corresponds to the one indicated in the equipment characteristics plate.

•  Full raise.

•  Connect the equipment to the power network.

•  Start the equipment (h)

•  Full rise (d)

5.2 Assembling instructions

Follow the instructions below to assemble the equipment. The steps order is the 

recommended  for  a  correct  assembly,  but  certain  operations  can  be  individually 

performed, such as mounting and disassembling flasks.

Make sure that the equipment 

is not

 connected to the mains before you begin.

1. Install the angular gear motor (10) in its holder.

2. Secure the shaft with the black knob.

4. Vacuum and sealing gaskets set

3. Install the flask connecting tube (12).

Make sure that the O-ring (11) is in place.
