STARTING UP:
Before the introduction of the first load, it is advisable to leave the
equipment working for about two hours at the preset temperature.
OPERATION:
1. Connect the plate to the mains.
2. Press the main switch (1).
3. Adjust set point (SP).
Indicator leds and keys:
1. Stand-by mode indicator
2. Programming mode indicator
3. Display
4. Active Cooling Indicator
5. SET key
6. Up / Defrost key
7. Down / Stand-by key

SET
key (5): press for 5 seconds to vary the SP (Set Point). Modify
with the
Up
(6) and
Down
(7) keys to select the setpoint temperature.
Validate by pressing the
SET
key (5) again. The stabilization time at the
desired temperature will vary depending on the ambient temperature.
Up
key (6): press for 5 seconds to start or stop defrosting. In the pro
-
gramming menu it is possible to move through the different levels, and
to vary a parameter when adjusting it.
Down
key (7): press for 5 seconds to activate Stand-by mode. To re
-
turn to normal mode, press again for 2 seconds. In Stand-by mode,
the equipment does not perform any action and only the indicator (1) is
shown on the screen.
In the programming menu, it allows you to scroll through the different
levels, and to vary a parameter when adjusting it.
