Use
Caution! Make sure to
strictly comply with lo-

Note: The device is calibrated ex
factory. Check accuracy before
first use and from time to time.
Batteries
• Insert the included AA 1.5 V
batteries before first use.
Observe the polarity.
• Replace the batteries if the
battery indicator 9 shows only
one bar.
• Always replace all batter-
ies at once with batteries of
the same type and the same
capacity. Close the lid 5 again.

Automatic levelling
• Place the device on a horizontal
surface or fasten it onto a
tripod.
• To switch the device on, turn
the levelling lock 3 to the left
to .
Caution: The laser lights up
immediately.
• The device compensates small
deviations from level setup.
When deviations are too large
to compensate, the laser
flashes, the brightness button
shines red and the device
beeps.
• To switch the device off, turn
the levelling lock 3 upwards
to .
Laser dimmer
• Push the button 7 to toggle
between the three brightness
levels.
• The brightness indicator 8
shines green at full brightness.
It shines orange at reduced and
at low brightness.
Working without automatic
levelling
• Switch the device on by press-
ing the button 6 .
Caution: The laser lights up
immediately.
• The laser flashes from time to
time to signal, that deviations
from level will not be compen-
sated.
• To switch the device off, press
and hold the button 6
repeatedly until both lasers
are off.
Hiding beams
• Press the button 6 to
switch between cross-line,
horizontal, and vertical beam.
