Installation

• Place the appliance on a flat, dry, heat-resistant surface of approximately 100cm high.
• Do not place the appliance in cabinets.
• The sides of the appliance may get hot, so please leave at least 10cm distance from walls
and cabinets.
• Make sure that the oven door operates freely without any distractions.
• Do not cut the plug from the appliance because the appliance is not designed for permanent
connection to the mains.
• Please unplug the appliance after each use and during cleaning.

Caution! The back of the appliance should be placed against a wall.

Operating the Appliance for the First Time

- Unpack the appliance and place it on a flat horizontal counter top. Check all the accessories
to make sure they are in good condition.
- For correct operation, the oven must have sufficient airflow.
- When you use the oven for the first time, please clean the accessories with detergent and
water. Wipe the inner oven with dry cloth.
- Replace the accessories in the inner oven and insert the plug into the wall outlet.

- Turn the temperature knob to 230

°C and preheat for 15 minutes to eliminate the oil that still

remains in the inner oven.

Caution:

The body and inner oven can be very hot after preheating.

- There may be smoke during this process. Do not worry, it is normal and will disappear
after about 20 minutes.
- Insert food that needs to be preheated and adjust the temperature and heating type

that suits the food.

Operating the Appliance

1.  In general,  it  is  not  necessary  to  preheat  the oven  every  time  you  cook  but  for  better
cooking  results,  complete  step  5  (under  operating  the appliance for  the first  time)  before
placing food into the oven.
2. Insert  food  that  needs  to  be  preheated  and  adjust  the  temperature and  heating  knob
that suits the food.
Please note: When the temperature is set at 100

°C, the heating element will appear grey.(it

is normal). When the temperature is set at 200

°C, the heating element will turn red.

Warning:

Do not touch the heating element while operating the oven even if it looks grey. At

this stage, the heating elements have started to preheat and they might be very hot on the
