• Cooking vapours collect during repeated use
but in on way affect the bottom surface or
roller ring wheels. When removing the roller
ring from the cavity floor for cleaning make
sure to replace it in the proper position.
• Remove odours from your oven by
combining a cup of water with the juice and
skin of one lemon in a deep microwaveable
bowl. Microwave for 5 minutes, wipe
thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth.
• Although your oven is provided with safety
features, it is important to observe the
following:
1. It is important not to defeat or tamper with
safety interlocks.
2. Do not place any object between the oven
front face and the door or allow residue
to accumulate on sealing surfaces. Wipe
the sealing area frequently with a mild
detergent, rinse and wipe dry. Never use
abrasive powders and pads.
3. When opened, the door must not be
subjected to strain, for example, a child
hanging on an opened door or any load
could cause the oven to fall forward to
cause injury and also damage the door. Do
not operate the oven if it is damaged, and
contact an authorized BENRUBI Service
Center.
• It is particularly important that the oven
closes properly and that there is no damage
to the:
a. Door (eg. bent)
b. Hinges and hooks (broken or loosened)
c. Door seals and sealing surfaces.
• The oven should not be adjusted or repaired
by anyone except a properly trained
technician from the BENRUBI Service
Centers.
Before you call for Service
* The oven does not work:
1. Check to ensure that the oven is plugged
securely. If it is not, remove the plug from
the outlet, wait for 10 seconds and plug it
again securely.
2. Check to make sure that the door is
securely closed to engage the safety locks.
Otherwise, the microwave energy will not
flow into the oven.
3. Check whether the timer is set.
4. Check the premises for a blown circuit fuse
or a tripped main circuit breaker. If these
seem to be operating properly test the
outlet with another appliance.

Q:
I accidentally ran my microwave oven
without any food in it. Is it damaged?
A:
Running the oven empty for a short time
will not damage the oven. However, it is
not recommended.
Q:
Can the oven be used with the glass tray
or roller guide removed?
A:
No. Both the glass tray and the roller guide
must always be properly placed in the
oven before cooking.
Q:
Can I open the door when the oven is
operating?
A:
You should turn the timer to “0” and then
open the door of the microwave oven.
Q:
Why is there moisture in my microwave
oven after cooking?
A:
The moisture on the side of your
microwave oven is normal. It is caused by
steam from cooking food hitting the cool
oven surface.

viewing screen in the door?
