3.2.3 LAN 2
The LAN 2 RJ45 connector provides another Ethernet connection for commu-
nication with the IXXAT Econ 100. This supports 100Base-TX and 10Base-T
with Auto-MDI-X. The pinout for the RJ45 connector are shown in Table 3-5.

3.2.4 Port 0/Port 1
The Port 0/Port 1 RJ45 connectors provide connections to the Industrial
Ethernet network. They support 100Base-TX and 10Base-T with Auto-MDI-X.
The function of the ports depends on the Industrial Ethernet protocol used,
which is implemented in the FPGA. If no protocol is implemented in the FPGA,
these connections have no function. The pinout for the RJ45 connector is
shown in Table 3-6.
