Installation
The POLICLEAN 4000 RS machines are designed to be used for the cleaning and polishing of
stainless steel welds and the embossing of stainless steel and other conductive materials. All
persons using this equipment should familiarize themselves with these instructions before using
the equipment.

Before using this equipment please check: -
The mains cable is in good condition and is undamaged
The mains plug is securely fitted
The red and black cleaning leads are in a good condition
The brush I anode is in good condition
The area to be cleaned is free from oil and dirt etc

Prior to use: -
Connect the machine to the mains power supply but leave the machine switched off.
NOTE: After switch off please wait min.1minute before restarting the machine.

Connect one end of the black cable to the black socket on the front of the machine
Connect the other end of the black cable to the brush I anode
Connect the end of the earth cable to the red rounded socket on the front of the
machine
Connect the earth clamp to the workpiece

WARNING
Under NO circumstances should the solutions be swallowed. Should the solutions
come into contact with the eyes wash immediately with copiousamounts of clean
water
