2. Installation
2-1. Power Connection
1 Each machine has its own primary power cable, it must be connected to the mains
through a grounded power outlet on the right!
2 Power cable must be plugged into an appropriate power outlet!
3 Multimeter to check that there is power band in right.
2-2 . Accession output lines
1 Each machine has two swivel connectors, you can connect the panel tightly. Check
that well join cables , or damaged on both sides , can burn !
2 Electrode cable to the negative pole , while the workpiece (body) to the positive
pole connected . If the network is not grounded , then earthed via earthing connec -
tion in the back of the machine !
3 Care should be taken of the electrode wire. Generally, there are two ways of
switching the rectifier welding machine: positive and negative connections . Posi -
tives: electrode “-”, while the work on the “+ “ to . Negatives: piece work “ - “ elect-
rode while “+” is linked to . The proper practice mode , choose as faulty switching
unstable arc and cause a lot of splashing . In this case, switch the polarity to avoid
incorrect use of the machine !
4 If the work is too far away from the machine ( 50 - 100m) and secondary wire is too
long, you have to increase the wire cross -section to avoid voltage drop.
