Heating
A successful exercise program consists of a warm up, aerobic exercise and cooling. Warming up is
an important part of your workout, and should be the beginning of each session. Prepare your body
for more strenuous exercise by heating and stretching the muscles. At the end of your workout, repeat
these exercises to reduce muscle pain problems. We suggest the following exercises heating
and cooling.

• HEAD TURNS
Turn your head to the right for a while, feeling the stretch to the left side of
the neck. Then turn your head to the left for a while. Turn your head back
for a while. Pull your chin toward the ceiling and letting your mouth open.
And finally, drop your head on his chest for a while.
• SHOULDER LIFT
Raise your left shoulder toward your ear for a while. Next, lift your
right shoulder for some time as you lower your right shoulder.
