I. Test compartments of batteries and accumulators
For testing rechargeable NiCd / NiMH accumulators and alkaline batteries with the following cell sizes: AAA (Micro), AA
(Mignon), C (Baby) and D (Mono).
Turn on the device with switch

and set the test voltage to 1.5 volt with switch

Pay attention to good contact and correct polarity of the cell to be tested.
J. On-/Off-switch for continuity check and battery tester
Switch on the device to test batteries, accumulators and on continuity.
Note:
Switch the device off after having performed the test to save the 9 volt power supply!

For testing batteries/accumulators the device must be
switched on and the correct nominal voltage must be
set.

Batteries and accumulators have different voltages.

Switch for setting the nominal voltage 1.5 volt or 9 volt for batteries or accumulators.

Continuity check with separate testing wire (included in the scope of delivery). Turn on the device with switch

Note:
It is not necessary to observe any polarity. Disconnect the testing wire immediately after use.
N. Tester for round cells
This compartment serves for testing any common round cells with a nominal value of 1.5 volt.
Turn on the device with switch
