Replacing the ADF pad module 

Replace the ADF pad assembly under the following conditions: 
 

1.

 

You experience repeated document jams and cleaning the 
ADF pad did not help. 

2.

 

As  a  guideline,  replace  the  pad  assembly  after  about 
20,000  scans.  You  may  check  the  scan  count  with  the 

Info

 tab on the scanner
