1. Safety Instruction
1. Be sure to read this User's Manual before using / installing this product.
2. When installing the product, all structures and bolts / screws used to fix or tighten the
product should be made of stainless steel and use only the manufacturer's recommended
replacement parts.
3. Please use the product within the range of - 25℃ ~ 64℃ for maximum and ambient
temperature range.
4. During installation and use, the user shall be protected from mechanical shocks greater
than 2 Joules
5. Do not change or repair the pressure joint of the enclosure and do not disassemble the
tempered
6. Cable glands and cables with a minimum operating temperature of 90 ° C should be used
and Cable glands or Stopping Plugs certified to Ex d IIC, Ex t b IIIC must be used for
all cable entries.
7. To reduce the risk of fire in a hazardous environment, disconnect equipment from the circuit
before opening the equipment and take care to minimize the risk of brush discharge.
8. Do not loosen or twist the protective ground wire, and use appropriate clamping tools during
installation.
9. To prevent electrostatic discharge, install the product properly as shown below.
1) Make sure that the product is properly grounded.
2) Make sure that the housing and adjacent objects do not touch each other.
3) If dust accumulates on the equipment, clean it with a damp cloth.
4) Do not install in the following places where static electricity may increase
• Near ventilation systems
• Where there is a risk of static build up by compressed air and dust
• Near machines that use friction
• Near systems that spray electrons (
eg near electrostatic paint systems)
• Those that can cause large static electricity Near other machines and systems
