ISSUE
POSSIBLE CAUSE
POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS
Product does
not turn on.
The motor has an odd
smell.
The juicer stops while
in use.
Fruit juice contains
excess pulp.
The juicer seems
abnormally noisy and
vibrates a lot.
Power cord is not
connected, or not
connected properly.
The product has been
running too long and
smart protection kicked
in to protect the motor.
If the juicer is still new,
this is normal and not a
cause for concern.
Too many ingredients
have been added at
once, resulting in a
blockage or overload.
The juicer has been
running for 15 minutes
or longer and smart
protection kicked in.
The screw rod could be
damaged.
The inlet tube or screw
rod is not in place, caus-
ing the balance to be off.
Connect power cord
properly to a wall outlet
which has power.
Wait 20-30 minutes and
attempt to use the
machine again.
If the smell continues after
multiple uses, contact
Ivation® customer care.
First, run the machine in
reverse for a couple
seconds. Then, remove
some ingredients from
the feeding tube.
Don’t use too many
ingredients at once, and
always feed the
ingredients slowly with-
out too much pressure.
Wait 20-30 minutes and
then resume the juicing
process.
Contact Ivation®
customer care for a
replacement screw rod.
Remove the components
from the main body and
then reassemble the
juicer. If this does not
resolve the issue,
contact Ivation®
customer care.
NOTE: If your problem cannot be resolved by any of these steps, or you’re
experiencing a different issue, do not attempt to repair the problem or
take the machine apart (beyond the normal disassembly process) on your
own. Please contact Ivation® customer care for information about repairs
or replacement parts.
