Some foods require you to
shake the pan during the
cooking process.
In the middle of the cooking
process, carefully pull the pan
out and shake it to separate
foods; then push the pan back
in to continue.
Fried food is
not crisp
Some foods require oil.
Brush a thin layer of oil on the
surface of the food before
frying.
Cannot
smoothly
push the pan

The pan is too full.
Make sure the food in the
basket does not exceed the
maximum volume (see the line
on the basket) or weight.
The basket is not
correctly placed in the
pan.
Replace the basket into the
