Symptoms
Probable Solutions
Unit does not
power on.
Make sure the power cord is
connected to the unit and a
grounded wall outlet. If pressing
the power button does not turn
on the unit, try turning the unit on
with the remote control.
Air purification is
not activating.
Clean the purification plate.
APCO cell does not
give off light.
Check to make sure that the
APCO power connecter is
installed properly.
Ionization needle is
sparking.
The needles need to be cleaned.
Gently clean the needles with a
cotton swab soaked in rubbing
alcohol.
Fan is not working. Switch fan speeds to see if the fan
starts up. If not, disassemble the
front grill to make sure nothing is
stuck in the fan.
Unit rattles when
moved.
Make sure all screws are properly
attached. Open the unit to ensure
that there are no loose parts.
