3 Installation
3.1 Installing
Install the room sensor according to the following, see figure 1:
1.
Loosen the rubber bushing (2).
2.
Spilt the room sensor by slackening off the screw under the rubber bushing.
3.
Screw the bottom section of the room sensor into place using two screws.
4.
Connect a communication cable (twisted pair data or telephone cable 0.25 mm

) to the screw
terminal (4) in the room sensor according to the wiring diagram.
5.
Put the room sensor together and reinstall the rubber bushing.
3.2 Connection
Connect the room sensor to the control unit's terminal. block. Use a twisted pair data/telephone cable
of at least 0.25 mm
2
. See figure 2 and 3.
4 Handling
4.1 Display
The following are shown in the room sensor display:

Present room temperature is displayed with large numbers and a decimal point.

Present outdoor temperature is displayed with small numbers in the right corner of the
display.

During calibration, the calibration is shown with large numbers and the present room
temperature with small numbers.

AL is shown in the display in the event of an alarm. The alarm is acknowledged on the control
unit’s operator panel.
4.2 Operator panel
The room sensor is handled using the three buttons on the keypad: -, + and OK.
To set the desired room temperature:
1.
Press OK.
2.
Adjust the desired room temperature using the - and + buttons
To calibrate the room sensor:
1.
Place a thermometer close to the room sensor.
2.
When the thermometer’s temperature is stable press and hold in both - and + buttons
together for approx. 10 seconds. The display now shows the calibrated temperature.
3.
Calibrate the room sensor temperature to the same temperature as the thermometer by
pressing the – and + buttons.
4.
Complete calibration by pressing OK.
To star t hot water production with TOP-UP:
1.
Press and hold both – and + buttons for approx. 20 seconds. The display shows either - or
ON. The character – indicates that the function is switched off.
2.
To start hot water production, select ON using the + and -buttons.
3.
Confirm your selection by pressing the OK button.
