To set LS1, the OPEN position (Full CCW Position):
o
Turn power off and use manual override to turn valve to
the open position.
o
Remove cover and loosen the set screw on the bottom
cam TC1.
o
Rotate cam clockwise to reset the switch contact.
o
Then, slowly rotate cam counter-clockwise until a light
click is heard.
o
Securely tighten the cam and apply power to check the
end position.
•
To set LS2, the CLOSE position (Full CW Position):
o
Turn power off and use manual override to turn valve to
the closed position.
o
Loosen the set screw on cam TC2.
o
Rotate cam counter-clockwise to reset the switch
contact.
o
Then, slowly rotate cam clockwise until a light click is
heard.
o
Securely tighten the cam and apply power to check the
end position.
•
To set LS3 - OPEN (Auxiliary Switch):
o
Ensure that the actuator is in the fully CCW position.
o
Loosen the set screw on cam TC3.
o
Rotate cam clockwise to reset the switch contact.
o
Then, slowly rotate cam counter-clockwise until a light
click is heard.
o
Slowly continue to rotate in the same direction for
approx. 3°.
o
Securely tighten the cam and apply power to ensure this
switch trips, before reaching the end position.
