SET UP
IMPORTANT – Do not tip the cart forward with the Bolt-on Wire Bar fully loaded. FAILURE TO
OBSERVE THIS WARNING COULD RESULT IN SEVERE INJURY OR DEATH.
Set-up
1.
Install bolt-on wire bar onto the Wheeled
Handle Frame using a 9/16” wrench. (fig. 1
and fig. 1A)
2. Ensure the nuts and bolts are tight for a secure
fit.
3. Make a mark at 7” above the bottom of the
frame. (fig. 2)
4. Position the Lower Spool Carriage on the
Wheeled Handle Frame to align with mark on
step 3. (fig. 3.1 and fig. 3.2)
5. Secure large spool carriage into place using
nuts, bolts, and washers provided. (fig 4)
6. Once assembled, cart should stand vertical
and 90 degrees without leaning. (fig. 5)
