Error Messages

Error Messages

If the instrument generates a fault during communication with the host computer

or executes a programming command that is not supported by the instrument,

the word

Error

will be displayed on the front panel VFD. At the same time, the

user can send the

SYSTem:ERRor?

command through the host computer, and

the instrument will return the error code and the corresponding error message.

The detailed error code and description information are as follows.
