Harmonic Commands
In commands of harmonics measurement, the range of values for parameter
“value” is zero to fifty. 0 corresponds to DC, 1 corresponds to fundamental
harmonic and 2-50 corresponds to harmonics. The instrument interface should
be under the harmonics function while using the harmonics command to
measure.
MEASure[:SCALar]:HARMonics?
FETCh[:SCALar]:HARMonics?
This command is used to read the harmonic of a phase.

FETCh[:SCALar]:HARMonics? <A|B|C>,<U|I|ALL>

This command is used to read the real-time measured voltage amplitude of a
harmonic.
