FEEDBACK OR WHISTLING

Feedback can occur due to an improper fi t. The Soft ti p, which is on the end of
the unit is designed to conform to fi t most ear canals. We have provided you with
an assortment of sizes to customize your fi t.
•
Make sure that the Soft ti p, at the end of the unit, is fully inserted inside the ear
canal, seated properly, and free of debris and ear wax.

NO SOUND COMING FROM THE UNIT

Palm test (see page 1) to check batt ery.
•
Visually inspect that the Soft ti p is clean. Use your cleaning tool brush if needed.
•
Check to ensure the Microphone Screen is clean.
