Turn the handle [L] into the horizontal position as shown in
the picture, to activate the automatic movement of the
piston.
Fill the flour dispenser container [RF] with a proper flour. It
is suggested the use of rice flour, which is particularly
suitable to avoid the sticking of gnocchi.
Pull the lever [LF] to adjust the quantity of dispensed flour
on the product.
The lever [LF] has three positions:
1) If is it completely inserted, the dispenser does not
work
2) If the lever is in the mid position, the dispenser
pours a medium quantity of flour
3) If the lever is in the more external position, the
dispenser pours the maximum quantity of flour
WARNING !!! ALWAYS USE THE FLOUR
DISPENSER WHEN YOU MAKE GNOCCHI OR
CHICCE. OTHERWISE THE CUTTING GROUP
COULD BE SERIOUSLY DAMAGED!
