THERMAL HEAD DOT CHECK
■
A fault has been detected with the thermal print
head.
• Contact your local Ishida service representative.
OPER. NAME - TOO MANY CHARACTERS
■
The operator name contains too many characters
for the current label format.
• Select a different label format.
• Edit the operator name to reduce the number of
characters.
FILE IS MISSING OR CORRUPTED
■
A memory error has occurred. The scale's
memory must be reset.
• Contact your local Ishida service representative.
ENTER TARE
■
A mandatory tare weight has not been entered.
• After clearing the error message enter the
appropriate tare weight.
