3. Load a new roll, making sure that it is properly
inserted as shown to the right.
4. Insert the paper edge into the rear of printer
head.
Set paper straight and at right angles.
(Refer to below " Fig. 4 Shape of paper edge".)

If the end of the paper is fixed with tape,
cut straight from the tape stop to the
trace of the tape peeled off with
scissors, etc., at right angle.
5. Insert the end of the paper into the printer.
Paper-out sensor will detect paper and paper
will be pulled in automatically.
Paper will be pulled at a constant length and
will be ready for printing after printing paper
set message, TEST PRINT.

Insert the paper securely until the
retracting operation starts.

6. Remove the paper winding bar out of the printer
unit
