Warranty

Warranty:
Over and above the seller's statutory liability and subject to the conditions below, as the manufacturer
we guarantee the durability and flawless operation of properly used products from isel Germany AG.
The warranty covers the functioning of isel Germany AG products and includes all defects that are
demonstrably attributable to manufacturing or material faults.

Warranty exclusions:
All replaceable individual components, e.g. screws, connecting pins etc. are excluded from this
warranty. Furthermore, weacceptno liability for damage caused by:



inappropriate or improper use



faulty or negligent handling



failure to observe installation instructions and instructions on care, as well as modifications
or repairs carried out by users themselves



effects on the material's surface caused by chemical or physical agents, as well improper
use, e.g. damage by sharp objects

We do not accept any liability for consequential damage!
We do not accept any liability for damage to persons or property that is caused by incorrect handling or
failure to obey the safety guidelines. In cases such as these no claim can be made against the
warranty.

Warranty conditions:
Our warranty only covers at our discretion the repair or replacement of the product free of charge for
first/end users within the warranty period.

Warranty period:
The warranty period under our Terms and Conditions of Trading (isel Germany AG's T&C, section VI)
is one year.
For complaints, please contact the seller or manufacturer direct, quoting the invoice/delivery note
number.
