Installing SIM card into the device:
pull the board out of the casing;
insert SIM card into SIM holder on the board;
push SIM card in until you hear a click; this means it is secured in the tray.
Removing SIM card from the device:
pull the board out of the casing;
push at the end of SIM card in the tray, until you hear a click, to release it;
remove SIM card from the SIM holder.
