Please Note: In accordance with Part L1 2006 of the Building

Regulations and BS7593:1992 code of practice for the treatment

of hot water and central heating systems, we strongly recommend

then adding the correct quantity and type of inhibitor for use with

your radiator and system to prevent corrosion. Damage caused to

systems not protected by a suitable inhibitor will not be covered

by manufacturer’s guarantee.

•

4 wall brackets sleeves

•

4 grub screws

•

2 airvents

1.   Loosely attach the bracket sleeves to the fixed bracket studs.

2.   Position the radiator against the wall and mark the location

of the top bracket sleeves; approx 45mm in from each corner and

25mm down from the top (see diagram opposite).

3.   It is essential to accurately

mark these positions as there is

little tolerance for movement on the

brackets. Check the positions are

level and then using the appropriate

drill bits, screws and plugs fit the top

wall bracket sleeves.

4.   Re-position the radiator

inserting the studs into the top

bracket sleeves, check it is level and

then mark the location of the bottom

bracket sleeves approx 45mm in from

each corner and 25mm up from the

bottom (see diagram opposite).

5.   Then using the appropriate drill

bits screws and plugs fit the bottom

wall brackets sleeves to the wall and

use a spirit level to check they are

horizontally level.

6.   Insert the bracket studs into the

bracket sleeves and secure using the

grub screws provided on the side of

the bracket sleeve.

PLEASE NOTE:

It is essential that all brackets are level to ensure a vertical

alignment for connecting the pipework and that fixings are suitable

for the wall material.
