TV Setup menu, press it repeatedly.

VGA: support 800x600x(60)HZ
AV IN: Support PAL and NTSC input.
1. Press the MODE button repeatedly to display the menus in the
following order:
PICTURE->VOLUME->OPTION-> SYSTEM-> PRESET
2. To select a menu item, press the buttons to scroll up and
down the list.
3. When a menu item is highlighted, use the buttons to adjust
the setting.
