The function permits to duplicate the screen from a smartphone or tablet equipped with an IOS
system, by connecting the terminal to the projector using a USB cable with data connection to the
USB1 input.
Immediately after connection, the terminal will request authorization to send images, which must be
granted; through the duplicate screen function, it will be possible to obtain the reproduction of the
display: since the image is vertically developed, rotate the device in landscape mode.
12. USB CABLE CONNECTION
To switch off the projector, press twice the power off key on the control keyboard (chap. 4 n. 16) or on
the remote control (chap. 4 n. 1).
13. SHUTDOWN
The projector does not require special maintenance which involves components or consumable
replacement: normal maintenance consists only in cleaning operation. All maintenance must be done
with the device switched off, cold and disconnected from the mains: if the projector has been used
recently, wait at least one hour after shutdown.
It is necessary a periodic cleaning of the air intakes: use a soft brush and absolutely avoid the vacuum
cleaner. The lens normally do not need cleaning: possibly, remove the dust with a can of compressed
air from a considerable distance. For the external case cleaning, use a damp non-abrasive cloth,
avoiding solvents or excessively aggressive detergents. Wait for complete drying before connecting
again the device to the mains.
Only if the image has dark areas there is a possible presence of dust on the internal mirror: its cleaning
is possible through the appropriate door on the projector bottom; however, it is recommended that this
operation should be carried out by a qualified technician only.
