4.3 The function calories and odometer (KCAL/ODO)
The kcal are calculated via your steps and your weight and
displayed in 0000.0 kcal.
Resetting to zero in the STEP/TIME mode (see Chapter 4.1).
The totalised odometer (ODOMETER) cannot be deleted in
normal operation. A resetting to zero is only done with a
change in battery.
None of the keys (apart from ‘MODE’) has a function in this
mode.

4.4 The function target calories and daily cal
(SETCAL/DAYCAL)
In the top display, you can set a kcal consumption as your
daily target. A bar display is operated with this value at the
very top in the display. This displays in 10% steps where you
are in regard to your target.
Your daily consumption in kcal is displayed as a kcal value in
the lower display.
Resetting to zero in the STEP/TIME mode (see Chapter 4.1) or
automatically at the end of the day (at 24:00).
The key functions in this display are:
SET : into the setting mode of target calories and
continue to next point to be set
UP/CLR : in the target calories setting mode change of
the flashing position
DOWN : in the target calories setting mode change of
the flashing position
MODE : Continue in another function
