3.  Remove the blade.  

4.  Install the new blade over the arbor adaptor plate. Make sure the arbor adapter plate is properly 

seated on the shaft. Guide the saw blade onto the pins of the arbor adaptor plate. The saw blade 
teeth at the bottom of the saw blade should be pointing toward the front of the saw.  

5.  Hold the spindle lock button while using the hex wrench to replace the blade bolt, turning it 

clockwise.

Always check for damaged or worn parts before using the saw. Broken parts will affect the toe-kick 
saw operation.  

 

MAKE SURE that all guards are in place and in proper working order before operation. 

Operating Instructions

Keep hands and body away from and to the side of the blade. Contact with blade will result in 
serious injury. 

 

WARNING

 

 

To reduce the risk of injury, user must read this manual. 

 

To reduce the risk of injury, check the guarding system. It must cover the blade instantly!  

 

Hold the saw with both hands.  

 

Support and clamp work.  

 

To reduce the risk of injury always wear eye protection  

 

Hold power tools by insulated gripping surfaces, when performing an operation where the cutting 
tool may contact hidden wiring or its own cord. 

 

Keep hands away from the cutting area and the blade. If both hands are holding the saw, they 
cannot be cut by the blade. 

 

DO NOT reach underneath the workpiece. The guard cannot protect you from the blade below the 
workpiece. 

 

NEVER hold a piece being cut in your hands or across your leg. Secure the workpiece to a stable 
platform. 

 

Always use blades with correct size and shape. 

 

DO NOT use with the trigger locked on. 

 

DO NOT depress the spindle lock when starting or during operation. 

 

DO NOT use blades made from high-speed steel, abrasive blades, metal-cutting blades or
