6. Handle Bar Installation

Place Bolt (N-13), Spring Washer (N-12) and Washer (N-11) into the top hole of Metal Cover (N-2).

Attach Handlebar (M) onto Handle Post (H-2), tighten the Bolt with the Allen Key
