the Transmission menu to download.

Activate Manager program after connecting USB cable between the player and PC.
Double Click the Manager
icon on the PC windows.
Select folder to be saved in the PC.
Select files in the player to save.

You can not upload general music files from the player to the PC according to
license.
You can upload files made by the player.
