Q. My IPQ2 Media Player will not turn on.
A. Make sure the power pin is properly inserted into the back of the
IPQ2Media Player and power button
is set to the “ON” position.
Q. I get an “error” screen when I start the box.
A. Your IPQ2Media Player is not able to access the service provider. This
is usually caused by an error establishing a connection to the Internet.

Q. My IPQ2Media Playeris not connecting to the internet.
A. If your IPQ2Media Playeris not able to connect to the Internet, make
sure you have connected the HDBoxto your router which is connected to
ONT device and you have configured IP settings properly.
a) Check if other devices connected to the router can access the Internet;
for example your PC.
b) Check that all the cables are connected firmly.
